Shared bathroom and limited use of kitchen. This is a VERY large space. You basically have the entire upstairs loft area to yourself. There's a bedroom, living room and office area, sectioned off. It's almost 400 sq. ft. of space that's private. All yours! House has gorgeous deck, tree lined boulevards in an older, established neighborhood.
